Knott Genuine Axle Repair Kit, Brake Shoe Kit
Suitable for the 20-2425/1 wheel brake. Also used in BPW S2005-5 RASK. The dimensions of the wheel brake are 200x50.
Kit contents:
- 2 primary brake shoes
- 2 brake shoes secondary
- 2 locking springs
- 2 tension springs short
- 2 tension springs long
Set is for 2 wheels, so for both sides of the axle. Original Knott, comes in blue Knott packaging.
There are also imitation sets or even individual brake shoes available in the trade. These are often referred to as: type, or 'suitable for' Knott (or other brand name). TrailerPlus recommends the use of original Knott parts. One should be aware, especially for the brakes, that the risk is not small. In addition, one should not forget the liability by the insurance!
